Most conversion kits on the market are designed for one of the more popular MWS systems made by Tokyo Marui. However, that doesn't mean that other interesting designs aren't made for other platforms, as evidenced by the SIG Suppressed Upper Receiver Groups (SURG) conversion kit from BLK PEW Workshop, designed for Vega Force Company M4 standard replicas. This is definitely another unusual and interesting option for SIG SAUER design replicas, next to the previously described SIG SAUER NGSW MCX-SPEAR by Toxicant (SIG Sauer NGSW MCX-SPEAR conversion kit by Toxicant). SURG is an upper receiver from the MCX adapted for mounting on standard M4/AR15 lower reveivers, but based on a short piston stroke system instead of a direct gas system. Thanks to this, it was possible to use a folding stock and a detachable silencer.

The conversion kit itself is designed for the GBB standard used by Vega Force Company and consists of an upper receiver, handguard, silencer, stock adapter and the stock itself. At this time, prices and possible availability dates are not known.
