Maple Leaf is certainly a company that comes to mind when thinking about various models of spring-powered sniper rifles replicas. The newly presented one (or rather a conversion kit) is all the more interesting, allowing to make a bolt-action rifle out of a gas-powered AR-15 replica.
This type of conversion kit appeared on the firearms market after certain legal changes. In order to keep ownership of one's weapon, a simple conversion was made that allowed the use of the same magazines, trigger mechanism or accessories. Also in this case, using the MLC-ARBA-KIT conversion kit from Maple Leaf we retain all the above-mentioned elements, replacing only the upper receiver and the bolt housing the nozzle. The receiver itself requires the installation of Vega Force Company standard barrel and stock.
The material from which the bolt is made is not specified, but thanks to the adjustment installed, it is possible to change the muzzle energy in a way similar to the NPAS system.
The entire conversion kit is already available in selected stores, with a price tag of 167 USD.
