On May 10–11, 2025, long-range shooting enthusiasts will have the opportunity to take part in a unique event – the Delta Long Range Weekend (DLRW), organized by the Polish rifle scopes manufacturer (and other equipment) Delta Optical. This is a one-of-a-kind chance to improve one's shooting skills under the guidance of experienced instructors.
Location and Organization
Delta Long Range Weekend will take place at the WITU training ground in Zielonka near Warsaw, specially prepared for the event. Participants will have access to over 160 gongs placed at ranges from several dozen meters up to 1800 meters. The shooting sessions will include both centerfire and rimfire calibers.
The event is held under the honorary patronage of Major General Arkadiusz Szkutnik, commander of the 18th Mechanized Division named after General Tadeusz Buk in Siedlce, which further highlights the prestige of the event. The WMASG portal is the official media patron of the event.
Event Program
The first day, May 10, 2025, will begin with participant registration from 7:45 to 8:30 AM, followed by the official opening at 8:30 AM. During the opening, safety rules, workshop organization, and group division will be discussed. From 8:55 AM to 5:00 PM, the following training shooting sessions are planned:

On the second day, May 11, workshops will be continued, with the possibility for joining the for those who decide to participate after the first day (for an additional fee or, in exceptional cases such as weapon malfunction, free of charge).
Important notes
The organizers place special emphasis on safety and discipline. Participants should bring their own weapons, and the recommended amount of ammunition of 50–100 rounds per person (or more depending on individual needs). Each participant is required to have hearing and eye protection, and the event regulations prohibit the use of dangerous ammunition or shooting at anything other than designated targets.
The organizer, Delta Optical, encourages planning one's training throughout the whole event to make the most of the workshops and allow for participant rotation at shooting stations. For those looking for inspiration, instructors will be on hand to offer advice and support in choosing the most engaging training paths.
Delta Long Range Weekend is not only an opportunity to hone shooting skills but also a chance to connect with long-range shooting enthusiasts from all over Poland. The event combines practice, learning, and the atmosphere of shared passion, with professional organization ensuring an unforgettable experience.
See you at the DLRW!
