The MOA 2025 trade show in Taiwan is approaching fast, and with it come the first announcements of new releases for the occasion. One of them is a replica of the QBZ‑191 and QBZ‑195 carbines used by the Chinese People’s Liberation Army. The QBZ‑191 and QBZ‑195T should not be confused with the bullpup QBZ‑91 models, which were the predecessors of this design.
The airsoft QBZ replicas are expected to be powered by gas magazines compatible made in the MWS AR‑15 system (in the QBZ 195T variant) and by unspecified magazines in the case of the QBZ‑191 variant (originally chambered in 5.8×42 mm, though it is possible that AK 7.62×39 mm style magazines will be used). So far, we have only received an announcement accompanied by a single graphic, while the official presentation of the first replicas is scheduled for the MOA 2025 trade show. We encourage you to follow our articles for updates.
