The US Space Force has only a single member so far (General Raymond), but it looks like the future uniforms are already in development.
A photo showing the variant of the OCP uniforms used by US ARMY and USAF has been published on the official Twitter account of just a month after the branch's formation.
Above the left breast pocket is the "U.S. Space force" inscription.
The photo show a uniform with a four-star rank, indicating that it belongs to General John "Jay" Raymond, the first commander of the US Space Force.
On the left sleeve of the uniform is the US Space Command patch, marking the latest military command, created shortly before the activation of the US Space Force itself on 20 December 2019.
Yet still many questions remain .The US Space Force has not yet announced the structure of its ranks, not the full system of uniforms, and not even how to call the members of the new branch. During a recent briefing, Pentagon spokesperson Jonathan Hoffman said Raymond was developing a plan for every detail.
“Gen. Raymond has a very specific, very thorough plan on things that need to take place — moving pay systems, assigning individuals to the Space Force, looking at basing, figuring out if we’re going to be transferring bases to the Space Force...”
