Vice President is the third in the Boardroom Series family, which already consists of the Chairman and President models. Like the others, the pistol was made with great attention to detail, both visual, mechanical as well as functional. This is reflected in the price - the Vice President costs 4199 USD. This is also due to the fact that the Boardroom series is made in very limited quantity.
Apart from the barrel, the whole was finished with a DLC (Diamond Like Coating) coating, while the barrel is protected using the TiN (Titanium Nitride) method, which resulted in a golden finish. The pistol is made only in the Commander size, i.e. with a full-sized grip, and a shortened barrel and slide. The rear sight mounted on the slide the Ledge model made by HSP. Its design allows for reloading using elements of the environment. The front sight is equipped with a contrasting 18 kt gold point (optical fibers are for the poor).

The slide received ribbing in the front and the rear to facilitate reloading and checking if the is a round in the chamber. The frame has eye-catching manipulators in the form of a slide stop and a safety lever. The latter was placed only on the left side of the weapon, but probably it is possible to receive a weapon with a double-sided safety on special order. The grip safety button has also been enlarged with an elongated nub that prevents the hand from being injured by the hammer. The magazine release remained standard.
Noteworthy are the panels of the Railscale Ascend grip made of G10, often used in knives. They are covered with an aggressive texture that increases friction, and thus improves grip. The front part of the grip and the housing of the main spring of the striking mechanism also received a rough texture, the latter is a single part together with the magazine well, which facilitates reloading. Nighthawk Custom also took care of protecting the barrel crown by hiding it in the lead bearing. Shooters comfort has also been ensured by rounding all the edges.
