Over the past two weeks at the training ground in Orzysz, a certification training session was held for a separate maneuvering company of the 6th command battalion from Krakow, subordinate to the Brig. Gen. Stanisław Sosabowski 6th Airborne Brigade. The soldiers are preparing to leave for the XLIV shift of PMC KFOR in Kosovo. The prerequisite certification was to check the teamwork and to verify the skills of soldiers to perform tasks they will undertake during the mission in Kosovo. During those two weeks, the soldiers' skills in the area of patrols, procedures in the event of finding explosives, setting up checkpoints, calling air support for first aid using the MEDAVAC procedure were tested. As part of the training, the soldiers also participated in the SERE B training, various situational shooting sessions and traversed through a napalm obstacle course. We had accompanied them with our cameras for two days. Our photos have already been published by the 6bdow and the General Command of the Armed Forces and now we are publishing a more extensive gallery. Take a look at our photo coverage!
