Griffin Armament's new M4SD-L (LIGHTWEIGHT) sound suppressor is the first laser-welded tubeless suppressor to be introduced in Griffin's Gate-LOKTM product line. This design makes the M4SD-L lighter than other Gate-LOKTM model. The combination of ECO-FLOWTM baffles, Gate-LOKTM mounting system and pressure-reducing flash hider results in a lightweight, durable and efficient next generation suppressor.
The M4SD-L is equipped with the Griffin Gate-LOKTM mounting system, which allows for quick installation and removal with the possibility of mounting the device on most USGI-spec A2 NATO compensators, as well as on all Gate-LOKTM muzzle devices made by Griffin. The GATE-LOKTM system is faster and easier to use than the A2 standard and provides a strong, aligning attachment with minimal mid-hit point offset and exceptional shit consistency.
Every single baffle in the M4SD-L has been tuned for superior sound reduction and features Griffin's patented ECO-FLOWTM technology to reduce pressure and increases the flow of gasses. This makes the suppressor system more reliable and reduces gas and sound pressure at the shooter's ear and face, without sacrificing sound and flash suppression.
The patent-pending pressure-reducing flash hider features high-performance internal and external flash-reducing components as well as optimally tuned vents that not only further reduce flash but also improve sound perfromence when combined with ECO-FLOWTM baffles.
