Last weekend, the European PRS Championships 2023 took place in Hungary at the Shooting Farm - Hánta lőtér shooting range, located west of Budapest. PRS competitions are characterized by shooting at targets that are even several hundred meters away, the shooting stance is forced by the description or design of a given lane and the each has to be completed in a short time limit. There is not as much freedom as in regular long-distance competitions, when one can lie down comfortably on a mat and wait many minutes for the wind to calm down. The lanes require firing at several to a dozen or so targets at various ranges and in various directions within 30-90 seconds.
The Polish national team took part in the competition and their members showed how great our shooting skills are. Results of our players:
1. place in the OPEN category – Rafał Kaźmierowski
1. place in the TACTICAL category – Kamil Januszyk
2. place in the TACTICAL category – Kamil Bania
