Smith & Wesson has presented the fourth generation of the M&P®9 M2.0® Spec Series pistols. The gun is equipped with a barrel with a 1/2x28 thread and a factory-installed Faxon® compensator. Lightening cuts were made in the slide at its front and back, and in order to reduce weight, a port was made in its front section.
The pistol is factory-equipped with raised sights, allowing for their use them as spares with a red dot sight installed, for which there is a mount on the slide.
2023 Spec Series pistols will be sold in a set with up to four magazines: two holding 17 rounds that fit fully into the weapon's handle and two holding 23 rounds with an extended floor plate.
Just like in every generation of Spec Series, the buyer will receive a commemorative challenge coin along with his M&P® pistol.
The limited series pistols also come with a knife and a sheath.
