AGM Global Vision, a manufacturer of optoelectronic devices, laser designators and observation optics, presented a whole range of new thermal imaging sights, such as the Clarion,Secutor LRF, or a refreshed series of its best-selling Rattler V2 models.

The Clarion is another Dual FOV device on the market, enabling the user to change the basic optical magnification in two stages by rotating the lens. Initially, two variants will be available: the AGM Clarion 384 - with a 12 μm 384x288 pixel sensor and 25 mm/50 mm lenses (2x/4.5x) - and the AGM Clarion 640 - 12 μm 640x512 px, 35 mm/60 mm (2x/3x).

The Clarion 640 model, which will be more expensive, has a lower maximum base magnification but a significantly larger field of view. However, it is important to remember that it is equipped with a higher resolution sensor, which allows for better image quality even when using the digital zoom function.

The new Clarion sights use sensors with high thermal sensitivity (NETD <20 mK), have a whole range of useful functions, including an image and sound recorder (which is also recoil activated), Wi-Fi connectivity, a stadiametric rangefinder and much more. The image is displayed at a frequency of 50 Hz on a 0.39" OLED screen with a resolution of 1024x768 px. The power supply is provided by a replaceable, dedicated Li-Ion battery (two are included), there is also a USB Type-C port present. The devices weigh 750 grams (the 384 model) and 840 grams (the 640 model).

The Secutor LRF series was created to expand the offer of sights equipped with a laser rangefinder. It uses the same sensors as other new products made by AGM Global Vision (with NETD <20 mK thermal sensitivity), but uses an improved LRF module (with a range of 1000 meters), it also has a digital compass and is adapted to a different power supply: 4x CR123 batteries.

In the near future, three variants of this sight will be available: the cheapest AGM Secutor LRF 35-384, the intermediate AGM Secutor LRF 50-640 and the most expensive AGM Secutor LRF 75-640. The latter model, due to a 75 mm/F1.2 lens, which provides a basic optical magnification of 4x, allows to detect of an object the size of a human from a distance of up to 3200 meters. Depending on the size of the lens, the devices weigh from 610 grams to 730 grams.

The new products also include a refreshed line of AGM Rattler V2 sights. The changes introduced include an improved battery compartment housing a replaceable battery, improved design of the housing and control panel, and, of course, the use of a thermal sensor with a sensitivity of NETD <20 mK.

Numerous versions of the AGM Rattler V2 are already available, differing in the optics used and the resolution of the thermal sensor: the 19-256 (19 mm, 256x192 px), the 25 -256 (25 mm, 256x192 px), the 25-384 (25 mm, 384x288 px), the 35-384 (35 mm, 384x288 px), the 35-640 (35 mm, 640x512 px) and the 50-640 (50 mm, 640x512 px). Prices start at $1,094 for the cheapest Rattler V2 19-256 model and end at $4,944 for the 50-640 model.

All of these products meet the IP67 dust and water resistance standard, many of them are covered by a 5-year manufacturer's warranty.
