During the SHOT Show 2024 and the preceding SHOT Show® Industry Day at the Range, one can see and test many new products made by leading manufacturers in their fields. It was no different in the case of Aimpoint, which focused on presenting its latest sights and magnifier, which we have already had the opportunity to write about.
A lot of attention was paid to the already tried and true Aimpoint® Acro P-2™ red dot sights. This variant differs from the more popular Acro C-2™ models available on the market, as it places even greater emphasis on durability, as well as the availability of 4 brightness modes compatible with night vision and 6 for use during the day (in the Acro C-2™ there are 2 NV and 8 daily settings). Naturally, the models presented during the ongoing event were finished in new color versions: Sniper Gray and Flat Dark Earth.
It was also possible to check how of the latest version of their red dot sight works, the Acro S-2™, intended for mounting on shotguns. What distinguishes it from other variants (apart from the mount) is the use of a 9 MOA dot. It is sharp, clear and makes aiming much easier.
