The idea of mounting locators on firearms is nothing new. A popular manufacturer of parts and accessories - Strike Industries - has introduced a Picatinny rail-mounted accessory for storing an Apple AirTag tracker last year.
However, it may happen that the user no longer has enough space on the mounting rails. Sometimes it may be necessary to additionally protect the locator against external factors or place it discreetly. Therefore, Strike Industries has prepared another variant of its product: a tracker holder inserted into Magpul pistol grips.
The handle made of high-quality polymer is compatible with pistol grips such as Mapgul K2®, MIAD® and MOE®. Although Strike Bluetooth Tracker Holder is best suited for mounting Apple AirTag, in some cases (visible in the graphic below) it can also accommodate alternatives, such as Chipolo ONE, Tile Mate and Tile Mate Pro (2022) however, they may be a tight fit. The manufacturer has not tested the compatibility of its accessory with smaller Bluetooth locators, but this does not rule out their use.
