The Ministry of Internal Affairs and Administration has announced that the minister will soon sign a ban on carrying and moving around with unloaded firearms within the capital city of Warsaw on November 11, 2025. Do not plan any trips to the shooting range or to a friend's house with a firearm on that day.
The ban is introduced in connection with the planned Independence March and numerous state ceremonies on that day. Additional justification is also the current second alert level (BRAVO) and the second CRP alert level (BRAVO-CRP), introduced pursuant to Article 15, Section 4 of the Anti-Terrorist Act.
