The current weather conditions do not necessarily encourage outdoor activities. This also applies to shooting training, which can be practiced effectively in the comfort of one's own home, and for this type of dry-fire training, the MantisX company has prepared its latest product. The TitanX trainer is modeled after 5th generation Glock pistols (model 700 – Glock 17, model 701 – Glock 19 and model 702 – Glock 45) and offers the ability to configure it similarly to one's own firearm thanks to the presence of an under-barrel rail and an optic mount (compatible exclusively with Trijicon RMR/RMSc/Shield RMS standards), realistic trigger operation without the need to rack the slide every time, as well as the option to work with slide manipulation thanks to interchangeable magazines with replicated weight.

The entire system is supported by the MantisX app, which allows to track one's training with the device — from draw time and first-shot time measurements, through shot consistency and accuracy, to tracking the aiming path between stages. The new product is offered at a price of 199 USD on the manufacturer’s website, with expected availability within 5–6 weeks.
