The HX-QD 556 Ti is a lightweight titanium suppressor, weighing 113 g less than the 17-4 stainless steel variant. OSS says that, unlike other titanium silencers, the HX-QD 556 Ti has a durability of 40,000 shots. As you can guess, this is another item in the OSS offer based on Flow-Trough technology, which drastically reduces the amount of gases returning through the barrel towards the shooter.
The technical data are as follows: a weight of 369 g, a length of 169 mm and a diameter of 40 mm. The silencer is finished with C-Series Cerakote Matte Black coating (other color options are also available). The materials are grade 5 and grade 9 titanium and 17-4 stainless steel. The HX-QD 556 Ti is designed for continuous fire without limiting the length of the barrel. The new shape in the front part eliminates virtually all flash. The silencer is able to provide a sound pressure level of 140 dB at the shooter's ear.
