The MechLabs brand first appeared on our website during the coverage of the MOA 2025 trade show, where the company’s products formed the core of the B&T APC9 replicas by Archwick. At this year’s IWA show, both companies could again be found at the same booth, but alongside familiar projects, new ones were also presented. In addition to mechanical HPA engines capable of full-auto fire, a new project comes in the form of the Roto Master chambers, focusing on solving issues commonly affecting HPA and AEG replicas.

Aside from being fully CNC-machined from aluminum, one of the first and most distinctive features is the complete abandonment of the classic hop-up bucking, replacing it entirely by a dedicated tensioning element (available in several variants). The entire system is based on the TDP (Top Down Piston) system with smooth adjustment.

The chamber itself is modular, allowing the user to swap/configure several elements to suit their needs, and it enables a fixed connection with NEXXUS X-Mod engines from MechLabs (although adapters for engines from other brands may appear in the future).

The Roto Master chambers are already available on the market in a standard version with a polymer adjustment dial or in the PRO version with an aluminum dial, priced at €50 and €60 respectively on the manufacturer’s website.
