The changes are to be prepared by the "Become a soldier of the Republic of Poland" Program Office. It will be headed by Brigadier General Artur Dębczak, the head of the Program Office. The most important novelty that will be introduced will be the ability to submit applications online. The candidate would send the necessary documents electronically and would avoid having to go to an Army Recruiting Command office in person. In addition, the so-called recruitment hubs would be created - new units close to the soldier's place of residence. Medical examinations and pre-selection would take place there in the form of psychological and fitness tests.

The current structure of recruitment generates a lot of problems. There are only a few military medical commissions, and Army Recruiting Commands are far away from places with convenient transportation options available. People subjected to the procedures, e.g. military qualifications, have to travel a lot with documents for several days and wait for formalities to be completed. Now there is a chance to improve this state of affairs.
