As has been proven time and time again, the AAP01 Assassin by Action Army is an excellent platform for creating conversions. Examples include G11 replicas, i.e. a carbine using innovative caseless ammunition (A project of an almost perfect G11 replica), M950 CALICO (A selected list of conversion kits for the Action Army AAP01 replica) and other. A new conversion (created rather as a one-off project) is the Bushmaster Arm Pistol replica, classified between a pistol and a compact carbine. The creator of this conversion started with a model made of cardboard, but the conversion presented below is already a higher-end project.

Based on the lower part of an M4 replica and the outer barrel made of aluminum alloys, with upper elements made of stainless steel and bent metal sheets.

Since the original was based on a mechanism with a long gas piston, the operation of the replica imitates this mechanism. The fire selector switch is located in the rear part and is a functional element based on two rods and an adapter. Also, do not forget about the possibility of tilting the rear part from the vertical position in relation to the grip.
