The year 2024 has been a very successful one for the airsoft community. After the IWA trade fair at the beginning of the year, it concluded with the Taiwanese MOA fair showcasing a significant number of new products.
One of the hottest premieres of this year’s fair was definitely the products of the Innovative Tactical Production (ITP) brand. Alongside the already-known tactical conversion kit for the Saiga 12K replica by Tokyo Marui, a bullpup conversion for the shorter Saiga 12K SBS replica, styled after the OC-14 Groza, was also unveiled.
The historical replicas section was undoubtedly dominated by S&T, presenting replicas such as the German MP-41 and FG-42, the Soviet SVT and SKS, and even a replica of the Japanese Type 100 submachine gun.
Trench Airsoft has introduced more historical replicas, such as bolt-action rifles (Kar98, M1891 Carcano) and the German MP3008 in a GBB version. For more modern designs, to company also prepared a wooden conversion for the AR-15 ADAR.
Other Russian designs were presented by Kizuna Works. In addition to the already-known replicas of the Russian PL-15K and Lebelova pistols, they also showcased an upcoming prototype of the GSh-18.
Another manufacturer, LCT Airsoft, known for its Kalashnikov based replicas, displayed its smallest AK MOE carbine and its first gas-powered HiCapa replica, the PKT-1. There were also unofficial announcements of AEG replicas of the MP5 and FN FAL.
Gas-powered innovations were also prepared by MOS Manufacture and Arcturus. During the fair, we could admire their prototype gas-powered AK-12M and a family of HiCapa pistol replicas.
More former Eastern Block designs were also presented by GHK and Vega Force Company. The former showcased its gas-powered AK-74M replica and new editions of the H&K416A5. Additionally, licensed replicas of Glock G45 Gen5 MOS and Glock G17 Gen5 MOS are now available through a Polish distributor.
At Vega Force Company, alongside known premieres of replicas like the AK-74 and Strike Industries SIG P365, a rich set of proposals was showcased. Highlights included last year’s star, the famous PPSz-41, as well as contemporary designs like Maxim Defence carbine replicas (AEG and GBB variants) and pistols like the SIG P320 and P226 under the Stark brand.
Ares Airsoft also offered historical replicas such as the SMLE No.4 MK1 and L42A1. However, this year’s new products included replicas of revolvers, an HPA engine, and a new bolt-action replica in the form of an AR-10 rifle.
At the Star Rainbow Company stand we could see an entire range of gas-powered replicas based on proprietary solutions.
The fair also featured the ICS brand with new accessories licensed by Daniel Defense, North East Airsoft with a gas-powered replica of the Israeli UZI Mini, and Bolt Airsoft with the improved MWS system.
Last but not least was the Maruyama brand, which introduced its gas-powered replicas of B&T products in the form of such designs as the B&T ACP 223, MP 9, SPC 9, SWC 9 or the folding FMG 9 pistol, made originally by the American company Magpul.
These are certainly not the only new products that will appear in 2025. We encourage you to follow news on our portal and on social media or share information about upcoming products. We also all our readers a Happy New Year.
